Can I Replace M.2 SSD Without Reinstalling Windows?
I want to replace the m.2 SSD on my laptop. Can I install a 2.5-inch SSD on my computer, copy all of the data from the existing m.2 SSD to the new 2.5-inch SSD, and swap the old m.2 SSD for the new one, and then copy the 2.5-inch SSD's entire contents to the new M.2? Would everything function as before the M.2 swap if I can accomplish that?

Yes, you can replace M.2 SSD on your laptop without reinstalling Windows. If you are in a replacement situation, you might not need to reinstall Windows because you can use SSD cloning software, like EaseUS Disk Copy, to copy your old drive to your new drive.
Cloning shouldn't be a problem if your new drive is bigger than your original drive, but you can't copy a large drive to a small drive because the new SSD may not contain all data of your old one.
