Yes, resetting your Windows 10 computer will not cause any data loss in your D or E drives.

Generally speaking, the reset option will only affect the drive on which your Windows is installed (usually the C drive).

If your D and E drives are distinct physical drives from the C drive (not just partitions on the C drive), you can choose to disconnect them before performing a factory reset. That will absolutely ensure that the reset won't have an impact on those drives.

However, it is worth noting that resetting Windows 10 will delete all the installed programs and drivers from your C drive. Although you can select Keep my files or Remove everything when resetting your computer, it would be better to back up your C drive before the factory reset. For example, you can back up your C drive to an external hard drive or to Cloud.

When it comes to backing up your drives, you can use professional disk backup software, like EaseUS Todo Backup.

It is a versatile backup and restore tool for Windows 11/10/8/7. It can help you back up disks, files, systems, partitions, etc. In addition, it lets you create a system image of Windows 10 on an external drive and perform diverse backup modes, including automatic, scheduled, full, incremental, and differential backups.

You will need to reinstall all the programs and drivers on the C drive after the reset process is finished. But your data on drives D and E won't be impacted.
