Hello, I wonder if I can back up the data from Google Drive to iCloud. I have some very important files that I want to store in different locations to provide dual security. Is there any way that I can achieve my goals quickly? Do I need to backup Google Drive to iCloud? Any suggestion is okay!

First of all, if you want to achieve dual security for important data, I don't think you need to back up Google Drive to iCloud because it doesn't make sense.
