Yes, the cloning will make your hard drive bootable.

Cloning a hard drive means creating the exact copy of the original drive, including the system, applications, and settings. It becomes bootable if you clone the system hard drive of your computer to another hard drive, and you can use it to replace the original drive.

Windows doesn't provide a direct hard drive cloning feature. You must use a third-party program, like EaseUS Todo Backup, to successfully clone bootable Windows drive.

EaseUS Todo Backup offers the disk clone and system clone feature that allows you to clone HDD to SSD, clone HDD to HDD, clone smaller SSD to larger SSD, or HDD to M.2 SSD. It also supports a sector-by-sector clone to create the only selected disk copy. Using the "Clone" feature, you can make the same copy of your hard drive with bootable sectors.

After you finish cloning, it is important to make sure that the newly cloned hard drive is bootable on your computer. You can do this by going into BIOS or UEFI and changing the boot order so that it boots from the new hard drive instead of the old one first. Once this is done, you should be able to boot up your computer with the newly cloned hard drive.
