How Do I Clone The SD Card Into a New One?

I recently purchased a new SD card to replace the one that came with the Mayor. I copied and pasted all the content to the new SD Card, but it doesn't recognize it the same way when I boot it up. How can I successfully clone an SD card to a new one?
