What is the best way to copy files from Windows to an SD card for deck use? I'm not sure if Windows recognizes a deck formatted SD card. If so, I suppose I could copy and paste. But if not, how do I do that so I don't have to re-download the ROM directly on the deck?

Moving files from your PC to an SD card allows you to access those files anytime and free up space on your computer's hard disk. Usually, we have two easiest ways to transfer a file to an SD card with Windows 10:
Note: Before you start, please connect the SD card to your computer via an SD card reader and ensure it can be detected properly. And if you want to use a third-party transfer software, please download it in advance:
Method 1. By Copying and Pasting
Directly copy a single or all files by right-clicking and selecting it and paste the files at the place of the destination drive. However, this method may cause some data loss. It is also time-consuming and labor-intensive when the files are in different folders or when there are many files. Therefore, we will continue recommending a smart file migration tool - EaseUS Todo PCTrans.
Method 2: Use Free Migration Software
EaseUS Todo PCTrans Free can help quickly transfer files from a PC to an SD card. It simplifies the steps of using the manual method, and even if you are a novice, you can migrate files on Windows 10 to an SD card perfectly. It offers several useful features. Here are the steps to transfer files using the backup and restore feature:
Step 1. Launch EaseUS Todo PCTrans and start "Backup and Restore" mode.
Step 2. Confirm the file name and path and select the items and files to be transferred.
Step 3. Select the files on Windows and complete the backup.
Step 4. After launching EaseUS Todo PCTrans, select "Data Restore" and restore files on Windows 10 to the SD card.
EaseUS Todo PCTrans also provides more customization settings in this process. You can also use this tool to perform more advanced operations, such as transferring files from PC to PC.
