I Want to Reset Windows 10 Password Using Command Prompt Without Disk
If I don't have a rescue disk, how can I change my password? I tried System Reset and Factory Reset, but my laptop is pretty much worthless without the password. I am unable to do anything. I would really like to get back into utilizing this laptop that I just acquired two weeks ago. Any suggestions will be gladly appreciated.

Step 1. Reboot your computer and long-press the F2/F8/DEL key to enter WinRE. Choose "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" to initiate "Command Prompt."
Step 2. Display the commands list below and hit "Enter" for each:
- net user
- net user username newpassword(replace username with the Windows 10 account's name and newpassword with your new password.)
