Move Windows Boot Manager to Another SSD

So I have two SSDs, one of which has Windows installed on it (let's call it SSD A). I want to format the other ssd (ssd B) because I no longer need it, but when I try to boot my computer with ssd B disconnected, windows says, 'insert boot media, etc.' When I look in File Explorer, I see that Windows is indeed installed on SSD A, but there is still a Windows folder on SSD B. I just finished reinstalling Windows and was hoping to be able to select which drive it would install on, but it did not.

To move Windows Boot Manager to another SSD, you need to clone it to the new SSD and use it to boot your system.
