What Do You Use for a Home Backup Solution?

We're going on vacation for a few days this month, and I've been thinking about a backup plan. I use a snapshot to back up everything to a PC upstairs. I have mirror images of my photos on three PCs in my home. I'm beginning to question if having local backups is a viable choice in this situation. I have years of digital footage and images that I simply cannot afford to lose. What are your plans? I'm not opposed to storing stuff in the cloud, but are some plans better than others? I probably have +/-100G of data to safeguard.
