Your hard drive's size will determine what tool you choose to format. In general, you can use Disk Management to format the drive to FAT32. However, there is no option to format the hard drive bigger than 32 GB to FAT32 in Windows. In this case, you will need the help of a third-party partition manager - EaseUS Partition Master, which can format hard drives to FAT32 that are large than 32 GB without effort.
Notification: After formatting, you will lose all your data on this hard drive. It is recommended to have a full backup.
Way 1. EaseUS Partition Master(All Size)
