Do I need to backup my system or all the information and files on my computer (pictures, documents, music, etc.) on a separate device before I upgrade to Windows 10? Please give me an answer. Thanks!

The answer is a big yes! Upgrading an OS is a major task and a lot of things can go wrong. You don't want to lose everything when upgrading, right?
