Will Shrinking the C Drive in Windows 10 Cause Issues?
If I shrink the C Drive in Windows 10, would there be any problems? By the way, what I truly want to do is to create partitions so I may utilize more available space. If it's safe, what should I do to achieve my goal?

The answer is No. Shrinking the C drive in Windows 10 will not cause issues.
