We've had this happen to some of our client machines within the past six weeks. A perfectly fine Windows 10 PC will no longer boot. The drive changed from NTFS to RAW. CHKDSK reverts it to NTFS; however, rebooting jumps to Windows Repair, where the disk reverts to RAW. I don't know how to fix this problem.

It is possible that the machine's hard drive has failed. So I suggest using EaseUS Partition Master to do a comprehensive check on the SMART status of your hard disk. According to my experience, this tool is very useful for checking disk health on Windows 10. It has helped me several times.
Here are the steps on how to check hard drive or SSD health via it:
Step 1. Click open EaseUS Partition Master and activate the "Disk Health" feature.
Step 2. Choose the target disk and click the "refresh" button.
Then, you can get all the SMART attributes and the status of your hard drive. If anything gets wrong, fix it first. If everything goes well on your hard drive, you can format your RAW drive via EaseUS Partition Master. This all-in-one tool can help a lot with your hard disk issues.
Here is how to use it to format a RAW drive to NTFS:
Step 1. Launch EaseUS Partition Master. Right-click on the RAW partition and choose "Format."
Step 2. Format RAW Partition and reset the file system to NTFS.
Step 3. Click "Yes" to continue in the Warning window to execute the operation.
Now, your hard drive has been formatted to NTFS. You can use it now. Hope my answer can help you out.
